COVID-19 INFORMATION OVERVIEW:

We understand that you may have concerns about how we, as an events company are taking on the challenge of keeping our guests safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. First we can assure you that because of the nature of our events (fast paced and immersive) safety has always been our very top priority since we began. In fact we are probably one of the best placed to deal with the implementation of strict rules and regulations having managed dangerous events for more than 6 years now. we're created the below to help answer your questions. We've kept it short and easy to digest with the hope of proving that we are focused on you, your safety and ensuring you have a smooth enjoyable experience.

1. BEHIND THE SCENES SAFETY

​

1a. We've conducted all new Risk Assessments for every location in line with GOV and HSE guidance. These have been given the green light by all venues.

​

1b. Staff will not be permitted to work if they are showing any COVID-19 symptoms and will be asked to quarantine for 14 days.

​

1c. Staff have been given individual makeup packs to ensure that there is no cross contamination.

​

1d. All toilets will be out of bounds for guests, with staff toilets being cleaned in between events.

​

1e. All props and equipment will be deep cleaned and disinfected in between events by a new dedicated member of staff.

​

1f. Our events have been redesigned to allow for social distancing. However DO NOT attend if you are not comfortable with being in large spaces with people outside of your own house hold or being chased (closely) by live actors. In our events this is unavoidable!

1g. Limited numbers have been introduced to make the above easier to manage.

 

2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

2a. Our standard Terms and Conditions regarding refunds are currently in affect as of 01.07.2020

​

 -    Tickets are ONLY refundable 14 days after purchase unless an event is cancelled by Zombie Infection in accordance with the applicable Live Performance code of practice for Event Ticketing www.star.org.uk. We will en devour to notify guests a minimum of 14 days before your event.

​

 -    If an event is unfortunately cancelled by us we hope that you rebook for a late date however you can request a full refund. Please note if you have a Buy a Gift Voucher or other 3rd party ticket/voucher you will need to return to the original ticket operator for a refund.

​

2b. Refunds are NOT available for any reason beyond cancellations of events by us or after 14 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. However tickets can be sold or the names changed so that you don't lose out.

 

 -    To clarify, if you can not attend due to COVID-19 symptoms a refund or change of date will not be available.
 

2c. Gift Cards, unless redeemed, are NOT refundable unless after 14 days of purchase.
 

 -    If you have booked onto an event using a Gift Card and the event is cancelled a refund will be available if required.

3. EXPERIENCE RULES

3a. Guests MUST NOT attend if they are showing COVID-19 symptoms these can be found here. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

If a member of Zombie Infection staff believe that you are not fit for any reason to take part or place any guests at risk you will NOT be able to participate and will be asked to leave WITHOUT refund. Do not turn up and expect to slip through.

​

3b. Masks are to be worn at all times, these are provided for you, alternatively you can bring your own.

​

3c. We have integrated "themed" hand sanitizer stations into our events, when team leaders ask you to use them please do. If you have any allergies please inform staff before the event begins.

​

3d. Under no circumstances must you exchange props or weapons with other guests. Once you are allocated your items please keep them with you at all times.

​

3e. At no point during our events must you make contact with our staff. We have designed the event to be intense and scary without full contact.

​

3f. Guests must adhere to current social distancing guidance at all times during the event.

​

3g. We have all our customers details on record when booking for trace and track measures. Please review our GDPR and Privacy Policy here.

3g. If any guests is found to be breaking any of our rules and regulations they will be asked to leave without refund.

​

We have our standard rules and regulations to accompany the above, these will be given to you at the beginning of your experience.
